Pasta e fagioli: an ancient dish whose exact 'place and date of birth' is unknown, but whose true and original recipe is treasured by all.
A poor but tasty and nutritious dish that has fed and sustained countless generations.
BEANS
So it is with fairy tales, born no one knows how, no one knows where, a constant food in the imagination of young and old.
The show is based on the famous English fairy tale "Jack and the Beanstalk" with continuous, sudden and hilarious changes of role, music, songs, small magic tricks and clownery.
On stage are two extravagant storytelling vagabonds, always suspended between the search for something to put under their teeth and the inexhaustible desire to play.
And so, needless to say, it can happen that the beans of the plate mix with those of the imagination, giving life to a tale that, if it doesn't quite fill the belly, certainly warms the heart.
