Discover the work on a mountain farm
Maso Grezi is an authentic farm where the meadows are cultivated and dairy cows are bred with passion and care all year round. Here, among the meadows of Andalo, the milk for the production of local cheeses, such as Trentingrana and Paganella cheese, is produced.
During the visit, Christian and Gianluca will accompany you to the cowshed and tell you how life on a mountain farm really works: from the care of the animals to the production of the cheese. You will see up close how a cheese product is made, discover the processing methods and the different types of ripening.
At the end, a tasty tasting prepared by Federico awaits you, with cheese and typical products from the farm: authentic flavours, the fruit of the work you have just seen with your own eyes.
