Planning a holiday is a serious business, which is why we want to try to answer all of your questions in this section and give you some useful tips on how to best organise your Alpine holiday.

The village of Andalo, nestled in the Brenta Dolomites, lies at an altitude of 1042 metres.

Of course, the shelters in the area are very attentive to intolerances and allergies. We advise you to contact them directly to ensure that your needs can be met.

Even in Trenino, the number in use for emergencies is 112; there is also the single number for non-emergency assistance 116117
In addition to this, your family hotel will be able to give you the best advice based on your specific needs, possibly providing you with the number of a tourist doctor or specialist, if available.
Finally, we recommend that you install the 'Where Are u' app from 112, which is always useful for everyone, especially for rescues.

The provincial network of urban, suburban and rail transport is ideal for leaving the car at home and enjoying a green holiday!
Some useful information:

  • Tickets can be obtained at ground ticket offices. We recommend cards and season tickets, e.g. the practical step card or the convenient APP. More information is available on the Trentino Trasporti website.
  • By staying in an Andalo for Family hotel you can use public transport free of charge thanks to the Dolomiti Paganella Guest card offered by the facilities.

In Andalo, in winter, there is also the fabulous tourist train for excursions among the beauty of the area: you can always book your ride.

Each Andalo for Family hotel can accommodate your baby meal requests either by providing a baby food corner or by directly cooking the meal under your kind instructions.

All Andalo for Family facilities have free car parking available for their guests; within the town of Andalo you will find two proposals with parking discs.

In Andalo we care a great deal about protecting the environment, and for this reason, to reduce noise and exhaust pollution during your holiday, we advise you to leave your car parked in the structure and move around on foot or by public transport, which are free of charge; all distances within the village are "small" and can be covered on foot.

In Andalo there is an ENI service station that dispenses fuel; for LPG/METHANE the nearest station is in Mezzolombardo.
If you are travelling by electric car, there are three recharging points in Andalo: one at the AcquaIn car park, one at Piazzale Paganella and one at the Coop Supermarket car park. We would like to inform you that some Andalo for Family facilities have their own recharging station.

In Andalo there are two school camps in the village, which can be easily reached on foot or by ski bus.

One is located at Laghet and the other at Rindole.

Of course, whether it is winter or summer matters little, in Andalo, in both seasons, there is a very frequent and efficient public mobility service both for travelling within the village and also for connecting with other villages.

Of course, some facilities are equipped to accommodate four-legged friends.

Of course, all over our territory there are drinking fountains where you can fill your water bottles with water coming directly from the Brenta Dolomites.

Of course! On all lifts, children can get on, and on the cable cars, it is also possible to get on with buggies and/or prams.

Of course! If you are looking for a bathing lake in Trentino, during the summer season the water temperature of Lake Molveno fluctuates between 14° and 21°.

The Sciury route can also be done with a pushchair. It takes about two hours.

Of course, there are three supermarkets in Andalo.

Yes, it is compulsory to wear a cap to enter Acquain AcquaPark.
